Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Australia.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within  business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Weekends.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Nor will WISDOM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS Pty Ltd be liable for any loss of profits that are directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, the our network of Web Sites, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or that such damages were foreseeable. All the products from different vendors are updated on the website as to their availabilities (ETA) as supplied by Vendors. The availability of the product may change to later date as per the vendors information provided to WISDOM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS Pty Ltd. WISDOM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS Pty Ltd at no time holds the responsibility of stock to be available in the due date.
In case the available stock date does not suit customer requirements, the customer is entitled to full refund of the purchase payments.

Where WISDOM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS Pty Ltd is unable to exclude liability for breach of terms and/or conditions of any implied warranty by virtue of any statute, then its liability shall be limited to any one or more of the following:
If the breach relates to products.
The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods.
The payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods.
The payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.
Products sold by Retail Buddy are covered by Return to Base warranty unless specified differently. The warranty covers manufacturer defects and is provided directly by Manufacturers or their authorized distributors in Australia. Damage caused by misuse, Electrical faults or spikes, accidental or wilful damage, water/liquid damage and other external damage are not covered by the warranty.
Retail Buddy staff will provide customers with the warranty process and the customer must follow the warranty process. The goods must be sent for warranty repairs at the customer’s own expense. Retail Buddy will cover the freight to return the items to the customer after repairs.
Dead on Arrival Claims
Any claims for Dead on Arrival or non-compliance should be launched within 7 days of receiving the items. The goods must be identified as Faulty by Retail Buddy staff or representatives for the refund or exchange to be processed and must be sent at customer's own expense. We do not provide Advance Replacement of goods.
Please choose your products carefully and ensure they are suitable for your configuration or needs. We do not provide Refund and/or Exchange. If the Product is unopened and not used, under exceptional circumstances (at our discretion and within 7 days of the purchase), we may approve the Return/Exchange. Customers have to pay the freight to send items back to Retail Buddy. Also the refund amount does not include the original freight that was paid by the customer at the time of ordering the goods. The return is only approved if our suppliers have agreed to the return.
For items that are approved for refund, a Re-Stocking Fee of 20% will be applied to Returned products. Products must be returned in full packaging and NOT USED for the Refund to be approved. Consumables are not refundable.
In addition, customers are required to fill out a Return Authority (RA) form in order for us to process the return. This RA form needs to be sent with the returned items.
Please note that no refund is available for consumables under any circumstances.

Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us within seven (7) days of receipt. The product should not be used, damaged with unremoved price tags and labels, original invoice with the product must be in original brand packaging. This return policy applies only to defective product.
You must ensure that the product delivered to us is in the same condition as when you receive it. In this case, if the item is returned to us in conditions that are not acceptable, we reserve the right to not accept returns and send the product back to you.
*Please note that for all return/ refund processes, all shipping costs related to the delivery of the product back to our warehouse will be solely borne by the customer who requests for the refund/ return.
You can process a refund through the Service Delivery you choose. Please ensure the products that you return along with your return slip to be received in our warehouse within five (5) days after you handed them over to the post office. Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive your goods, in accordance with the repayment method you choose on your return slip. For more details, please contact our customer service.
Our Return policy:
All return must conform to the guidelines of our return policy and must be accompanied by the original invoice, price tags and labels.
Only replacement of same product will be given if it satisfies the requirements above and subject to availability of the product in our warehouse.

Allow up to 14 business days to process your refund. Purchase with credit/debit card: any credit will be refunded to the card used.
All product descriptions, information and materials posted on the Site is provided 'as is' and without warranties directly, or implied or any hidden meanings.
Product as seen on the Site may differ slightly from the actual product that you receive.
If the goods you received are damaged, please contact our Customer Service team and provide an order reference number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or replacement.
After receiving the products, we will check and we will notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail as soon as possible.
In terms of return products that are not broken, we have the discretion to decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Products and / or we may require you to pay for all shipping fees and services in accordance with the standard cost and other costs for credit or debit card, or payment details you provide to us when you make your order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible to you for any loss, liability, damage costs, or other expenses.
From time to time, we may offer not a brand new products – also known as reconditioned / second hand products. The condition of the products is clearly stated on the description of the products.
We do not accept return for reconditioned product, unless stated otherwise in the product description on the website.
